What Does Unremarkable Testicle, Kidney And Bladder In Test Reports Mean?

Question: Hi ive split from my estranged partner who ive had to take to court to try and see my 4 year old son more who is experiencing parental alienation. Ive just collected a letter from his doctor as the mother keeps me in the dark about all information, saying that he has a left unremarkable testicle and tests show unremarkable kidneys and bladder. Could you please explain what this means please? When i took him in to the hospital 8mths ago the doctor said he needed a circumcision as he has had contant utis and his forskin is really tight..Do you think because of the un addressed infections and so many anti bitics this could be the coarse?
Brief Answer:
normal ultrasound
Detailed Answer:
Thank you for contacting HCM with your health care concerns
You son had an ultrasound of his testicles and the results was normal. The term unremarkable means there was nothing abnormal with the ultrasound imaging. The problem with his foreskin is not due to infection and is due to adhesions or scarring. He probably needs the circumcision to prevent pain and discomfort later in his life. I think he should proceed with the surgery as waiting could possibly cause more pain and harm
I hope I answered your question. Please contact us again if you have any additional questions

Thankyou.
Yes i agree i took my son into hospital 8 months ago when collecting him really poorly from his mothers. The doctor advised that he needed a circumcision due to recurrent urinary tract infections. Its only been from my request that my son had his circumcision on the 3\11\15 .After suffering for so long!?
The report that i have just received says that he has also found to have tight phimosis and gets balantis. His foreskin balloons up.
Examination revealed that his forskin appeared pinhole and scarred at the end. There was a slightly retractile right testis, the left felt unremarkable.
Could you please explain..Thanks.

Brief Answer:
Phimosis and balantitis
Detailed Answer:
The phimosis and balantitis is the infection that occurs around the foreskin. Infection can be due to fungus or bacteria. During acute infection he will need to be on antibiotics and possible anti-fungal medications.
The foreskin swells up so much that he can't retract his foreskin. This is where he needs to have the circumcision. The retractile testis means his testis rides a little high in his groin but can be retracted into the scrotum and is normal.
