Thank you for the query on this platform. I can understand your concern. According to your statement, you have been suffering from red circular patch on soft palate for the last two weeks.

As you have already excluded some common causes that can red patches on soft palate. Other causes which may cause such type of clinical features such as strep throat caused by streptococcal bacteria, oral thrush caused by fungus candida, oral ulcers due to dehydration, alcohol consumption or smoking, poor oral hygiene, protein deficiency, iron or vitamin deficiencies, oral herpes by herpes simplex virus, erythroplakia etc.

Usually such type oral patches will subside on their own. Main oral hygiene strictly by brushing teeth twice daily, using mouthwash, avoid alcohol or smoking, taking plenty of fluids and chewing sugarless gum to avoid dryness of mouth etc.

You can apply antifungal oral solution like Nystatin on red patches with taking iron, vitamin B complex, vitamin C enriched foods or supplements regularly.

By taking above mentioned measures and medications, your red patches on soft palate will be disappeared soon.
