Brief Answer:
Urinary tract infection

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for the query

Specks of white spots in urine can be casts which is most often present when someone as urinary tract infection. However at times urine can also contains semen which might looks like specks of white deposits. Here is what you should do

1. Get a urine routine done. A early morning, second void of urine sample is the best to detect urinary tract infection or semen in urine.
2. get a ultrasound abdomen to rule out infection

Ejaculate is nothing but semen which contains live sperm.

I hope I was of help, if you have any further queries please get back to me
