Brief Answer:
Due to antibiotics or vaginal infection

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Pale yellow vaginal discharge can be due to antibiotics or vaginal infection.
If there is associated itching or foul smelling discharge, and itching in the vagina, then the chances of vaginal infection are there, and in that case, you should consult an OBGYN specialist to get properly examined and treated accordingly.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
