Brief Answer:
I would explain as follows:

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I would explain that this radiological finding may indicate a possible enlargement of the heart shape( mainly related to cardiomyopathy).

But the chest X ray is not the best tool to examine the heart.

For this reason I recommend performing a cardiac ultrasound in order to determine properly the heart function and cardiac chambers diameters and definitely rule in or out possible cardiomyopathy.

You should discuss with your doctor on this test.

Hope you will find this information helpful!
