Hi doctors reports were attached please suggest
Brief Answer:
Need more examinations to find out to cause of abnormal ECG
Detailed Answer:
Dear Sir,
I went carefully through your ECG. There are some changes, which can be indicative to ischemia, but in your age ischemia is not common, other causes are more possible like electrolyte disbalance.
So I would advise you to undergo echocardiography and perform blood electrolyte test to find out the cause.
Depending on the results of these two, additional tests, such as stress test, may be needed.
Hope I could help you
Wishing you good health
In case of further questions don't hesitate to ask

Brief Answer:
Welcome back
Detailed Answer:
Dear Sir,
In this case I would advise you to repeat the ECG. Anyway electrolyte test is favourable.
If ECG comes back normal and electrolytes are also normal, then there is nothing to worry.
Otherwise there will be a need for additional examinations.
Wishing you good health
