I have gone through your query and lab result. Your lab test gives a positive result for HSV 2. HSV 2 is agent for genital herpes. IgG test result of this give a high titre 11.40. This should be correlated clinically. That is if you have clinical symptoms like rash or burning sensation or pain this can be confirmed as a positive result. If you didn't had any symptoms of herpes then you can repeat the test after 1 month.

This means I have to have limited style of sex with my partner?
Such as we always have to have protections（such as condoms) or we cant have oral sex (performed by him) because he might going to get it through his mouth?
