Brief Answer:
avoid alcohol
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
the most serious interaction is with alcohol as it may cause disulfiram-reaction. Other interactions may include warfarin and other less commonly prescribed drugs. If you're taking other drugs please let me know, so I can give you a comprehensive answer.
I suppose you're taking it for pseudomembranous colitis and I've seen you're also taking vancomycin? Are you taking both? Vancomycin is better for this disorder. Using both drugs is not normally prescribed for this disorder, so if this is what you're taking them for, please ask your doctor about it.
I hope you find this information helpful!
Kind Regards!

Brief Answer:
no interactions with the drugs you've mentioned
Detailed Answer:
There is no interaction with procardia, diuretics or aspirin.
Pseudomembranous colitis is a disorder of the large intestine caused by Clostridium difficile. This pathogen may develop following antibiotic treatment and it may cause colitis. The severity may vary from a very mild self limited disease to serious colitis with sepsis. Vancomycin by mouth is the most effective treatment. Metronidazole (flagyl) is the first treatment usually except in very severe colitis.
I can't say whether you have pseudomembranous colitis or not. Your doctor is the only one who can tell you. I just assumed you do because of the treatment.
Kind Regards!
