Question: What happened I over heated. I couldn't catch my breath and threw up. My muscles were locking and shaking really bad. I can't hold anything in and haven't been eating good in a few days. 3 mornings ago I threw up first within the hour of being awake.

Hi there

Thanks for the query

Do you have a fever?

Do you have some sort of stomach upset?

It's possible that you may be suffering from a sort of a gastric infection especially if you have a fever.

I would suggest you keep well hydrated with oral rehydration solution or lemonade and it would be best to go to the ED to get your hydration status assessed and to treat a possible infection or to find the cause of such an acute presentation.

I hope I have answered your query.

I will be available to answer your follow up queries.

Thanks for the reply.

Lower abdominal pain with nausea and vomiting could be an intestinal cause.

Please do visit the ER to rule out obstruction in the bowel.
