What Happens If Monovarent Moderna Vaccines Taken Full Dose?

Question: son had the first two monovarent moderna vaccines 6 months later he went to get the booster. pahrmacy accidently gave him full dose instead of half.dangerous?

Actually high dose can lead to drug reaction, but it usually occurs within 24 hours.
If 24 hours have passed then nothing to worry about.
And in case any reaction happens, he needs one shot of chlorpheniramine or dexa methasone.
No other side effects.

do i need to worry about long term effects of getting a higher dose than he needed? he would have had 3 full doses in a 7 month period. he had covid right after the third dose also and i am just worried that having that many exposure so close together could cause an autoimmune response or in his body or futire autoimmune dosease if he would catch covid again
