Question: What is a higher dosage of oxycodone that can be given for a male 6' 185 # other than 5 mg that is not covering excruciating pain from neck cancer ?

For otherwise healthy individual (read liver and kidney functions normal) 10 mg of extended release oxycodone can be used every 12 hours to relive excruciating pain arising from advanced malignancy such as neck cancer.

In case this does not help even 10 mg immediate release can be used every six hours.
