Brief Answer:
Pinched nerve unlikely to cause this swelling
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I have gone through your query and would try to help you in the best possible way. Most common differential for such swelling is collection/clot & lipoma. One needs to correlate it clinically to check which differential has most favors. You can also get an ultrasound of the swelling done. It will confirm you about the consistency of the swelling and will confirm it to be a clot of lipoma. Final diagnosis can be made by getting it removed under local anesthesia (if it isn't deep) and get it biopsied. Pinched nerve is unlikely to cause such swelling.
Hope I have answered your query.
Wishing you good health !!
Take care
