Brief Answer:
Inflammation of the sinuses

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome in HCM

Regarding your concern bilateral maxillary sinusitis is the inflammation of the maxillary sinuses.

If you have chronic frontal headache, usually near the involved sinus, and foul-smelling nasal or pharyngeal discharge, possibly with some systemic signs of infection such as fever and weakness we suspect of sinusitis mostly.

It's treatment depends on the case.Usually painkillers provide relief from symptoms like fever and pain while decongestant tablets (zyrtec) and nasal sprays (flixonase) reduce swelling and allow the sinuses to drain. Sometimes antibiotics are needed according to the clinical situation of the patient.
If the dranaige is not possible than surgery is the next step in the treatment

Nevertheless the above if you have the CT scan of the head please attach it and I will help you again.

Regards and thanks for asking
