Brief Answer:
different possible causes

Detailed Answer:
HI,

There are different possible causes for headaches

If the headaches are new (did not have headaches before) or severe or associated with weakness or numbness or severe vomiting or altered vision then you should be seen

The most common causes are: (1)migraines- these are usually on one side of the head, last at least 4 hours, associated with nausea or worsening with light or noise , difficult to get normal activities done, throbbing

There are medications specific for migraines such as the triptan meds- eg sumitriptan

There are also medications that can prevent migraines from occurring if they happen often

Also important to avoid any triggers to migraines such as chocolate, old cheeses (mozarella is okay and a few other cheeses), red wine, stress, poor sleep, too much screen time

(2)severe sinusitis- would be associated with sneezing, nasal congestion or discharge, face pain
Using an anti histamine decongestant combination would help eg zyrtec d, allegra d, claritine d

(3)trauma to the head- if this occurred and heaving headaches, would need imaging with CT

(4)side effect of medication

(5)cluster headaches- pain on one side of the head, area around the eyes painful, may have redness of the eyes and nasal symptoms

Headaches occur in clusters- they start up, last a little while then stop occurring then recur at some point
Pain medication can be helpful

If the cause of your headache is not clear or your have any other issues mentioned initially (new headaches, vomiting, weakness, blurred vision, numbness), or your headaches are severe, then you should be seen and assessed

In most persons, the headaches are not related to a serious cause

i hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions

Brief Answer:
glad to know improving

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Glad to know that you are improving

If that continues, you would not need to be assessed

Dizziness can be related to conditions of the inner ear in some persons. A short course of dramamine can sometimes be helpful

Brief Answer:
pain medications, antihistamines would help the itching

Detailed Answer:
HI

With regard to the headaches, as mentioned, there are a lot of different causes for headaches. If the headaches are very bad, then you should be assessed to find the exact cause.

Migraines, sinus disease, tension headaches, cluster headaches, side effect of medication, presence of a lesion- these are some of the possible causes.

If it is a migraine headache, then avoiding the triggers eg certain cheeses, red wine etc, would help.
There are also meds that are used specifically for migraines but if these are not available then medication such as ibuprofen, celebrex, tylenol etc can be use.
If you start pain meds as soon as the headache starts, works better

If it is sinus then need meds to help with sinus disease etc

In terms of the itching of the hands and feet, it may be related to material or substance that comes into contact with that particular area.

Using an oral anti histamine such as benadryl, zyrtec, allegra, claritine -would help reduce the itching
