Condyloma acuminata are genital warts. Genital warts clinically present as soft, fleshy, cauliflower like growths/papules, skin colored to pinkish in color on or around the genital mucosa. They are usually acquired sexually and are considered an STD.
Treatment options are:

-topical imiquimod Or
-surgical removal with either Laser or Radiofrequency cautery or freezing with liquid nitrogen.

Its about 7 days , it apeared suddenly , i have a new sex partner but i use candoms always , i have just one , im a medical student too , im single , the dr gave me podophyllin today , i will start to use it from tomorrow , but im very worry about complications or side effects of this condyloma , does it get well compeletly after drug usage , please tell me more about this condyloma :( thank you very much dr

Condyloma acuminata, as I told you are acquired sexually. Condom protects only the head and most of the shaft of penis, however the base of the penis and pubic area are not protected by the condom during sexual contact, therefore condyloma can develop at these unprotected sites.
Condyloma is a viral infection caused by Human Papilloma Virus(HPV). They are very effectively treatable and usually don't recur if treated adequately. Podophylin causes cell death when applied over the genital warts and the wart usually melts away in about a week's time.
Condyloma s are usually asymptomatic and patients don't usually have any complications from it except that they can get transmitted to your sexual partners. In females genital warts are a risk factor for carcinoma (cervical carcinoma), specially if infected with high risk HPV types like type 16, type 18, but this is not the case in males.
I would suggest that you go ahead with the treatment
