What Is Heal Time For Cut At Leg?

Question: I fell through a floor at my work and cut my leg. It has been 7 days since I got my stitches. The doctor said there was not much skin to sew up. I have attached a picture. Does this look like it is healing ok. The picture makes the area look redder then it is. I still have a little seeping just enough to stain the gauze after wearing it all day. Please let me know your thoughts
