Myometrium is the inner wall or the muscular portion of the uterus and and the echotexture is heterogeneous (not uniform at all the places), that is the inside portion of the uterine cavity is different from the normal variant, which can be due to presence of fibroid.
Fundus is the topmost portion of the uterus and presence of cystic area is suspected.
Uterine fibroid is a benign tumour which develops inside the uterine cavity and is mainly formed due to deranged hormonal levels. Its position has been described that is present in the posterior portion (back) /wall of uterine cavity.
You might consult your Gynecologist, who can do the needed tests and initiate the proper therapy for it. Usually medications are not effective in fibroid and surgical management helps in controlling them.
