Brief Answer:
Skin disorder with pus formation and infection of the sweat glands..

Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome to HCM.

This is skin disorder characterized by repeated suppurative(bacterial with production of pus) infection of sweat glands in deep layer of skin. Patients usually have red, swollen small abscess under the armpit or in inguinal area.

In acute phase where pain , redness and bumps are present, antibiotic and surgical drainage is required. In chronic phase where thickened and damaged skin is present, there is procedure done by plastic surgens where local skin grafts are used to cover diseased area of skin.

Wish you good health.
Regards
