Brief Answer:
Normal ultrasound finding.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I read carefully your question and reviewed the images.

The ultrasound has resulted normal. No need to worry about that.
Homogeneous parenchyma means that there are no tumors or other lesions.

Other findings are normal too.
The suggestion is that the doctors should decide the diagnoses by the clinical symptoms that you have if any.

Hope this is helpful and reassures you.
Let me know if you need more clarifications.

Brief Answer:
Your liver is normal. Not bad.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

As I said above, you have not reason to worry about with this result.

The liver parenchyma is homogeneous normally. It means that it has the same consistency in the liver tissue. If it was abnormal the report would say heterogeneous- not the same in all its surface and in this case the doctors would need to investigate more why it was heterogeneous. So, what you have it is not bad. It is not fat in the liver because for that the liver would be enlarged and it is called steatosis.

I hope this reassures you.

Kind regards,
Dr. Papaqako
