Question: i have been prescribed XXXXXXX 500(levofloxacin), allegra and deriphyllin 250 for severe cough. I am 85 years old with cardiac problem history. any advice

This is fine and normally prescribed in case of infection.

Levofloxacin is an antibiotic
Allegra:is anti allergic
Deriphylin 250: is for cough.

Take light diet.
Drink of plenty of fluids,hot ones are better.

Please do not take this drugs empty stomach. Take good diet and continue your regular medications for heart problem.
