Brief Answer:
better to go for surgery

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Welcome to HealthcareMagic.

Multiple gall stones is indication of surgery, specially as the stones are there in the neck region so there is high risk of its migration into the Bile duct and cause obstruction. You don't have gall bladder inflammation now.

But With presence of gall stones chances of inflammatory attack increases.

So get laparoscopic cholecystectomy (removal of gall bladder along with stones) done even if you don't have pain abdomen.

Hope I have answered your query.

If any further queries are there I would love to help.

Regards,
Dr.Deepika Patil
