Brief Answer:
Soft seats can be useful.

Detailed Answer:

Hi
Thanks for your query

I'm Dr Sudhir Kumar

I have gone through your query and understand your concern. Ischial tuberosity is bony pionts which touch the chair when we sit. Problems with Ischial tuberosity forcing changing posture regularly can be due to less fat covering Ischial tuberosity such as in thin persons. Solution can be one should use soft seats for sitting.
One can get x ray of pelvis to exclude any disease. One can get vitamin D level to exclude vitamin D deficiency which may lead to weak bones and pain.

You can discuss with your doctor about it.

Hope your query get answered. If you have any clarification then I will be happy to help you.

Wishing you a good health.
Take care.
