Hi,
Dear patient. I would like to see whole radiologic report and hear about your symptoms. Adnesions are usually result of previous abdominal surgeries or recovered nflammatory processes in abdomen. Sometimes people may have congenital adhesions which are present from birth. Adhesions represent fibrous bands which may occur in any part of abdomen. In this case, these are present between omentum (abdominal fat tissue) and parietes( inner abdominal wall). Such adhesions are benign and usually don't require any treatment. These are not tumors. In some cases it may cause opstipation and bowel movement problems and rarely it may completely press bowel to require surgery. All in all, it is probably just coincidental finding which is commonly seen. But if you have some symptoms I may tell you if this is related to adhesions. Wish you good health.
