Mass/multiple cysts of pineal gland...
Detailed Answer:
Hi dear XXXXXXX
A multicystic pineal lesion is a mass located in the pineal gland of the brain composed of multiple cysts. Usually, pineal cysts are found accidentally through a routing Ct-Scan or MRI and do not cause any problem.
However, the origin of the cyst should be evaluated whether simple cyst (not worrisome) to tumors (worrisome if they keep growing up).
You can forward the result of the test you did where the multicystic pineal lesions are seen to assist you further!

Is it a bad thing that their is more than 1 cyst
Brief Answer:
Need biopsy results to say if it is bad or not...
Detailed Answer:
Hi dear XXXXXXX
It all depends on the origin of the cysts. They might be more than 1 cyst, but they are still benign, no harm will be caused.
If the origin is not benign (or tumoral), then, it depends on the stage of the tumor and how it has affected the nearby tissues.
As you may notice, no doctor would give an exact answer until the results of biopsy or other scan tests are carefully examined and interpreted.
Thank you!
