Question: What is my problem with frequent burning urination. Sometimes I only have a dribble not a stream. All ruination requires straing

Based on the facts that you have posted difficulty in passing urine and straining to pass urine is most likely to be due to narrowing of urethral passage Stricture Urethra or Enlarged Prostate .

Consult qualified Urologist for clinical and digital rectal examination and get following basic tests done to confirm the diagnosis.
1) Urine routine and culture.
2) Ultrasound scanning of abdomen and pelvis
3) Serum PSA.
4) Retrograde Cysto Urethrogram (RGU) and Micturating Urethrogram (MCU)

.Further treatment will depend upon result of these tests and final diagnosis.
