Hello,
Planter fasciitis is inflammation of the heel. There is collection of fluid in heel fat. It is common specially if patient also has diabetes or Thyroid. There is pain on walking , more in morning. I have following suggestions for you.
1. Shoe modification with soft sole.
2.Hot water fomentation .
3.Tablet Etorixoxib one daily
4.Steroid injection in heel can be given.
usually it takes time in pain to go completely. Some there us heel bone growth and may need surgery to remove that extra bone. I hope this answer will be useful for you. let me know if there is any other followup questions. thanks
