What Is Pre-ejaculatory Fluid?
Question: What is pre ejaculatory fluid? Why do some doctors think it can cause a pregnancy and that why the withdrawal method doesn't work. I've read almost everyone it has none to low sperm and cannot cause a pregnancy? Some doctors say its the pulling out part that doesn't work? Is this true it would be hard for me to believe it could get you pregnant without semen. Its just fluid's that's neutralizes the vigina. If it even has sperm I highly doubt it would be close to enough because ejaculating 200 million and only a couple dozen even make it to the egg out of that how could pre ejaculatory fluid do that? It would be possible for it to contain 20 million?

I understand that it is difficult to believe but fact remains fact. To become pregnant only one sperm is required and ejaculatory fluid contains many number of them to make a lady pregnant.
You are right in saying that every ml does not contain 20 Million during withdrawal method but it contains millions to fertilize an ovum.
