It is rarely used in a gel form. Ativan gel or ABH gel are some of the gel preparations containing Lorazepam, but research evidence shows that in the gel form, the absorption and effectiveness of the medication is poor and unpredictable. Regarding the dosage, it depends on the nature and severity of the problems for which you have been prescribed the medication for. The ml to mg conversion depends on the brand and preparation of medication and the exact constituents and concentration should be mentioned on the back of the gel tube.
