Itraconazole and luliconazole

Thanks for the follow up and photograph.
It is fungal infection.
Since it is difficult to apply and keep medicine in place in buttock area, you will require treatment with oral antifungal medication too.
Capsule itraconazole 100 mg twice daily for a month and ointment luliconazole twice daily application for 2 months should be helpful.
The above medication is safe and effective.
