Brief Answer:
Catecholamine surge or hyperventilation

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I have read your query and here is my advice.

There seems to be catecholamine surge which maybe increasing your blood pressure to the roof. Hyperventilation maybe causing lighteheaded, weakness in arms, etc
It could be due to many causes like anxiety, medicines, some lung conditions like asthma, emphysema, etc. A rare cause could be pheochromocytoma.
I would suggest a detailed evaluation before labelling it to any mental health issue.
Atleast a detailed evaluation of lungs and heart should be made with tests like ECG, chest X-Ray PA view, pulmonary function test, and if needed other tests like CT scan chest, urinary or plasma metanephrines. Your blood sugar levels are under control.
Are you taking any medicines or supplements?
Meanwhile please take precautions for high blood pressure as it could be dangerous. Take a low salt diet, avoid stressors, drink cleaner water, take more of fruits.

Hope this helps. Let me know if I can assist you further.
