Brief Answer:
If MRI is normal, nothing more is needed

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome,

We donot have an active genetics specialist on board at HealthcareMagic. I have some genetics-related experience and I will address your issue.
I donot see any multiple symptoms in your description that would suggest a syndrome and require further genetic testing. Also in this test, there is some mention of atusomal recessive genes but no obvious genetic problem detected. If MRI is normal, no further testing or treatment is needed. This report has no such suggestions to prevent another baby.
I think that delay in speech and some attention issues are a common problem and could have multiple causes including parents not communicating in soft voice with baby or too much use of XXXXXXX by baby.

You may locate and consult a local genetics specialist for genetic counselling, if needed.

Dr Vaishalee
