What Is Remedy For Coldness In Morning ?
Question: I have a cold, green phlegm, occasional wheezing and lumpy feeling.
It is boiling but when I start the fan I feel cold, when I take steam it feels better but after 2-3 hours the cold comes back.There is Kapha and Pitta problem in the morning and also gas problem during the day, I get a cold cough when there is a change in the environment or when I come in contact with someone who has a cold There is a feeling that something is stuck in the throat, and it causes choking. It feels better when there is a wheeze or phlegm, but there is also a dry cough
