What Is Required With An Auto Immune My Hubby Feels Like He Has The Flu, Chills, Sweats?

Question: 15 months ago, my husband diagnosed with an auto immune disorder, never had a specific diagnosis. Is being treated for rheumatoid arthritis. Feels pretty good for a week or so, then he "crashes". may have been in the sun, may have overdone working. Maybe not, sometimes has been taking it easy for several days and still "crashes". Feels terrible, no energy, says he feels like he has the flu. Has chills, sweats, never registers a temp. This may last a day or two or several days. Is taking plaquenil. Had a heart attack 8 mo. ago, two stints put in. No problems from that, takes brilinta and baby asprin. Also takes meds for high blood pressure and singulair for asthma.
Brief Answer:
Blood and urine culture test
Detailed Answer:
Hi
After hearing your husbands history since he is having chills and sweats but never registers a temperature and feels like flu and sometime crashes i would advise him to do a blood and urine culture sensitivity test.
Also he needs to do a blood for malaraia parasite and Widal test.
If he is having malaria then plaquenil will cure his problem.
But to come for definitive diagnosis the blood and urine test is necessary.
