Hi, thanks for contacting Health care magic for your health related doubts
Serotonin syndrome is a condition which occurs normally after the use of heavy doses of serotonergic drugs. This could be combination of drugs or even high dose of single drug. If any SSRI or SNRI or TCA or MAOIs are used together then risk of Serotonin syndrome will remain. Headache, increased body temperature, dizziness, blurred vision, tremors, diarrhoea etc symptoms are seen commonly.
You are on Prozac 60 mg and other drugs like Tarazodone, Vyvanse and Xanax. These drugs can be used safely with Prozac. No need to worry.
Thanks
