Question: I am having allergic issue due to which my nose is completely blocked since last 10 days. I have taken montel lc, and cetrizine tablet which has not helped me a lot. I have a symptom of sneezing,stuffy nose and not able to breath freely.

Advice is as follows
Xylometazoline.05% nasal spray no more than 3 doses per day , at alternate times use ryaltris drops 2 sprays in each nostril BID , tab Allegra ( fexofenadine)60 mg po bid , simple test anticcd absorbant ige assay will tell about allergen and if avoidable will be total cure ,otherwise desensitisation therapy will be cure,
Eat healthy ( antioxidants amla,aloevera XXXXXXX fresh fruits and juices and steamed vegetables,learn sky breathing exercises will help in your case, and take for few days multivitamins).
