An IOL is an intra-ocular lens. In cataract surgery, the natural lens which has become clouded is removed and is replaced by an intraocular lens so that normal vision can be restored.
The lens available or used are either Indian or imported and based on the quality of the lens the price changes so if the lens put is costly the cost of surgery will increase.
