Question: i have a severe sinus infection. what is the best antibiotic to treat it as i am also on warfarin?

Hi,

Amoxyclav 625 twice daily for a week has a good response in sinusitis but along with antibiotics, other symptomatic treatment must be taken for complete relief.
All the medicines I have prescribed will be available only on prescription

Please get an X-ray paranasal sinuses done and send me the picture so that I can suggest you better.
Please tell me what medicines have you been taking so far.
