Postnasal drip usually is seen in sinusitis. Are you having just a mucous discharge or any infected material like pus is present. Is the symptom associated with blocked nose and cough?
Advise you to consult ENT specialist once and get examined.

Till then you can have steam inhalation with any essential oil in it. Have warm fluids. Do warm water gargling by adding salt in it.
