What Is The Best Treatment For A Cut On The Dorsal Side Of My Penile Shaft?

Question: I was trying to put on a cock ring on last night and caused a small cut on the dorsal side of my penile shaft. It bled a few drops and I cleaned it with soap and water. This morning I can see the small cut and when i went to wash it . It still seems to be . reopened a bit. What is best treatment. If of my body I would put band aid and it would be fine. I am circumcised. No previous issues. Healthy. No chronic conditions.
What treatment? hat underwear to wear. Any reason not to go to gym and wear boxer brief?

* Dry it well
