Question: What is the best way to clear "thickening mucousal in sphenoid sinuses" other than an antibiotic? I am on that. I just want to see if anything else will clear it as well. I was told this type of sinus is not that common therefore I was wondering if any of the conventional decongestants would get to it. Thanks
