I attached also the blood test analysis of the same day.
Doctors here told us to wait and do all blood tests after 2 months. We worry if these results shows any serious disease like myeloma etc.
Please let us know your opinion and the possibility of having such disease.
please see attached the report.
My mother had a headache and stomach pain. We went to hospital. ESR was 100 and CRP 200. They gave her tavanic antibiotics. Then we did CT and all was ok. Then we went to rheumatologist and we did the attached analysis. No autoimmune diseases. The results showed ESR 60 and slightly increased proteins
Thank you

Brief Answer:
SPE shows slightly increased proteins, No plasma cell dyscrasia.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through the serum protein electrophoresis (SPE) report attached. The report shows slight increase in alpha 1, alpha 2 and gamma peaks. There is no M-spike or myeloma peak so plasma cell dyscrasia is ruled out. However, a follow up is required.
Raised ESR and raised CRP indicate an underlying inflammatory pathology. There is some inflammatory process going on which needs to be found out. Protein electrophoresis does not indicate any specific disease.
If you have more queries, I will be glad to answer. Thanks and take care.
