Brief Answer:
Could be due to nutritional deficiency

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

Dear Ms XXXXXXX

The cause of hair fall is unlikely to be due to direct side effects of anti-tubercular treatment.
Following could be the contributing causes
1. Malnutrition: Its quite common in TB and also due to reduced appetite due to treatment
2. Micronutritient deficiency: Deficiency of copper and vitamin E could predispose to it
3. Lack of adequate sleep
4. Stress and anxiety
5. Presence of Seborrhoeic Dermatitis or dandruff

I would suggest you the following

1. Iron and multivitamin supplements
2. Use of antidandruff shampoo once a week
3. Scalp massage: Equal mixture of coconut oil, olive oil and almond oil. To this add the liquid contents of Evion capsule (Vitamin E). Massage the scalp with this before retiring to bed.
4. Eat well balanced nutritive diet
5. Plenty of oral fluids
6. Adequate sleep

Do get back to me if you need any further assistance, will be glad to assist you.

Take Care
