What Is The Cause And Treatment For Premature Ejaculation?
Question: My son ejaculates prematurely he currently thinks he is the only person who does it this quickly he also thinks masturbation has played a major part
he ejaculates upon touch and at times in pants. He is 36 years old.

Most common cause of Premature ejaculation is Psychogenic, as you must might be knowing.
I would like to know the following things:
1. Since when is he having this problem?
2. His marital status?
3. How frequently is he having the problem of ejaculations on touch or spontaneously in his pants?
4. Are you taking about his premature ejaculation problem during masturbation or during real sexual activity?
5. Is he is having this problem since beginning or started having now only.
I would appreciate if you give reply of these questions in point wise manner only.

In this case it seems he has Psychogenic cause of Premature Ejaculation.
He needs counselling sessions for that.
For severe problems of premature ejaculations, i personally use a SSRI group of drug "Paroxetine"
This drugs helps in treating this problem. But treatment takes time.
Also, get his blood sugar tested.
I advise you to discuss with your doctor about my opinion, i am sure he/she will agree to this.
