What Is The Cause And Treatment For Back Pain?
I am sorry i could not reply back for your answer. I was unable to find this link. Well i have been better for the past 2 weeks. The pain has subsided a lot. I am also practicing some regular excercise for better stretching and flexibility of muscles. My lower back still has some constant pain. I used to ride on bike for long trips like for 6 to 10 hours in a day until one month ago. I stopped riding for long hours in August. Please suggest me some ayurvedic solutions to get rid of this pain.

Happy to hear your pain gets subsided.
Before advising you the treatment we will discuss the cause for your back pain.
As you are riding a bike nearly 6 to 10 hours is not advisable. It is high risk for your back pain problem.
Kindly reduce/or avoid bike riding till you get rid of this problem.
Treatment Protocol:
As you are getting better with the pain while you are off to the bike. Then it is better to continue the same.
Medication:
1.Rasanaerandathi kashayam(Aarya vaidya pharmacy or kottakkal XXXXXXX vaidya sala); 20 ml with 60 ml of water. twice a day. Before food.
2.danvantatra kashayam- 20 ml with 60 ml of water. Twice a day. Before food.
You can mix both kashayam and take. no harm in it.
3.Lumbotone capsule (AVN ayurveda company): 2capsule twice a day after food.
4. XXXXXXX tailam and prasarini tailam- external application. (Mix both oil)
Gently heat the oil and apply it on the back with help of others (friend, mother).you can also give fomentation with the oil.
Follow gentle stretching exercises.
At present no need for any yoga practice.
Continue this for 15 days and get back to me with your feedback.
No need to worry about underweight. Eat healthy foods like fruits and vegetables, dairy products, etc.
