Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome back,
Since there is no physical injury, anxiety and stress might be the cause of erectile dysfunction. 90 percent of erectile dysfunction are purely psychogenic and can be recovered without any medications.
Try to have sex in pleasant and welcoming environment and never worry about other things while doing intercourse.
If needed a precise sex counselling along with your partner is advised.
I also recommend to do a diabetic check-up, in order to rule out organic cause.
Hope helped you,
Take care.
