What Is The Cause And Treatment For Erectile Dysfunction?
Need more information.
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thank you for asking Health care magic forum.
I have gone through your query. Please give more information like-
Do you have any depressive episode recently? or any anxiety?
Do you have erections while sleeping and early morning?
Is it like getting erection and loosing it while intercourse?
It can be mostly due to anxiety or stress. But other problems like high blood pressure, diabetes, high level of cholesterol should be ruled out. It can also come due to low level of testosterone in blood.
You should check your blood pressure , sugar level and cholesterol. If possible testosterone level in blood if these tests are fine. Testosterone levels can be increased by exercising daily and taking including foods like eggs, meat, sea foods, citrus fruits, nuts like almond, ground nut etc in diet. Taking zinc supplements also will be helpful.
If these are not helpful then behavioral therapy with a sexologist or psycologist will be helpful. If that is not helping then SSRIs like Dapoxetine or phosphodiesterase inhibitors like tadalafil will help you.
Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for your follow up query.
As you having erections while sleeping , you are most likely not having any organic problems. And your problem is most likely due to anxiety.
You can do relaxing exercises like breathing exercise. Sit with relaxing all muscles and take deep breaths. Do it several times per day. Have a regular exercise like jogging or swimming.
If all these not helping then go for a behavioral therapy with a sexologist or psychologist. If that is not helping then a short course SSRI therapy like Dapoxetine will help you. This drug can be taken prior to intercourse.
Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
