What Is The Cause And Treatment For Hair Fall?
Question: Hi Sir,
As you already know about my case i am writing one more query
I am not sure whats happening sir in last 3 days i lost almost all the hair in front and sides and in the middle also.
What should i do and why the hair fall is this much fast whats going wrong i am not able to understand sir.
As i told i have already restarted finpecia almost 3-4 weeks back only.
Taking all the medicines is also not working what may be the cause sir is this due to the place change and the water or food.
The hair i lost now is there any chance that it can come back once i go back to XXXXXXX
And what should i do for the remaining 25 days.
As you know i have made zero trimming few weeks back should i remove all the hair again and keep hair 4 u lotion along with the medicines.
Never seen this type of hair fall in my life time sir.Can't see my face in mirror since 3 days and not able to stop crying sir its really disastrous in very less time in just 6 months this happened sir.

I am sorry for replying late. I am attending an international hair conference and I had limited access to internet.
Please can you upload your latest photograph so that I can compare it to older photographs and see how much it has progressed.
The latest medicine for androgenetic alopecia is called Stemoxidil. It comes as 5% solution and it has been in use in European countries for last few years. In XXXXXXX it has been in the market only in the last 1 year. You can try getting that in Denmark. You need to use it along with minoxidil. It is showing good results.

Is the hair loss which is happening now is permanent or do we have any thing to get them back sir.

It indeed looks like your hair loss is progressing fast.
It is difficult to predict how fast the hair loss progresses with and without treatment and it is highly individualistic.
It is predicted by our genes and is modified by external factors like diet, stress, etc.
In your case, inspite of the best available treatment, it seems to be progressing.
In such cases, we generally advise the patient hair transplantation.
Minoxidil and finasteride are the US - FDA approved drugs for hair loss. You are already using them and have been quite regular.
Other options which I could suggest to you are-
1. Low level laser therapy - This will stimulate the silent follicles and will increase density.
2. Microneedling- This will improve the circulation and increase growth factors.
3. Stemoxidil 5% - I mentioned about this in my earlier reply.
With all these above mentioned combinations , if you are not getting a satisfactory reply, then you may have to go for hair transplantation. That is the only permanent way to get the hair which you have lost on your forehead back.
As far as your question about water is concerned, it is not rue that the medicines do not work because of the water or the weather. Europeans also give the same medicines for hair loss.

I have taken the pics infront of the bed room window yesterday and i have taken some pics today is well in wash room which one to believe i am not able to understand sir.

I can see some difference in the pics sir can you please see the pics now if you have time else leave it sir.
Should i continue the medicines or its waste of doing it sir as there is no result as you say.

But the area which is completely devoid of hair will not regrow hair. For this, you may have to consider hair transplantation.
I feel that your problem is affecting your day to day life and you are also telling me that you are depressed. You could contact a psychologist on this forum who will help you accept the changes and help you look at things positively.
