Question: I have a hairfall. I have tried taking head bath by mineral water. I have stopped changing shampoo. Stuck to Dove shampoo. I've tried applying oil. I have tried every possible way. But the hairfall and dandruff does not go. How do I stop it completely.

Hair fall around 100 hairs in day is normal. If you have less than this then nothing to worry
It seems like your hair fall mostly due to dandruff.
I suggest you anti dandruff and anti fungal shampoo Ketaconazole 2% (Nizral 2%). You can get it at any good pharmacy. Apply it over wet hair and wait for 2-3 minutes then wash it off.
Use it alternative days.
Do not apply oil overnight.
I also suggest you BIOTIN FORTE once a day after food.
