You should see an ear, nose and throat specialist to get your nose examined. If a cause is found, then taking care of it will cure the nose bleeds.
Bend forward during nose bleeds, so that you do not swallow blood. Avoid nose picking. If dry nose is present, then using a humidifier in the room helps.
