Brief Answer:
Electrocautery

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX
Thank you for posting on HCM.
After careful review of your pictures, it seems you have got Verruca Vulgaris or commonly known as warts.
Verruca Vulgaris is benign growth of skin caused by a virus called Human papilloma virus. This viral infection is contracted most commonly through direct physical contact and in your case it seems you might have got it from the saloon where you your beard shaved or trimmed.
Being of contagious in nature its important to treat it as early as possible.
The best treatment option is to get it removed using electrocautery by a certified dermatologist. Its a simple procedure and will remove the infection right from its roots.
To prevent the recurrence, I advise 3 months course of oral capsules containing Zinc thrice a day (ASCAZIN ) and tablets containing immunomodulator Levamizole 150 mg on three consecutive days every week (VITILEX). These two drugs will act at the level of your immune system and thereby will remove the infection.
Also, apply a gel containing tretinoin 0.25% daily at night time over beard area for atleast 3 months to prevent recurrence.

Avoid pricking/scratching as it may aggravate and spread the warts.
Avoid getting shave/trim from saloon as there are high chances you may get it again.

Hope this will take care of your issue.
Let me know if you have any queries.
Wish you best of health.
Thank you

Brief Answer:
Avoid any procedures on face while haircut

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX
Its good that you are having shave at home but warts are such infections which stay subclinical for years before they actually become appreciable. May be you might have got it long before or may be from barber while having hair. While hair cut avoid any facial massage or any sort of procedures on face at salon.
Anyways you will be fine once its removed properly with cautery.
Thanks
Take care
